Natalie Pauls is a Health and Wellness Consultant, Rapid Transformational Therapist, University Professor and researcher with over 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare arena.
She believes science, strategy & structure mixed with a bit of spiritual woo-woo & love is what helps her clients transform their lives from the inside out.
As a PhD student in Health Psychology, Natalie discovered the path she wanted to take to change the world. She is passionate about helping people accelerate their healing, as we all need healing in one form or another. As part of this, Natalie established The Suga Project Foundation 501 (c) (3) to help provide diabetes self-management education to anyone who needs it.
Natalie is a professor at UCLA’s Charles Drew School of Medicine & Science in Internal Medicine where she conducts research and helps train residents in patient lifestyle management/wellness and speaks about diabetes self-management education.
She is excited to be in the final leg of her PhD journey. She earned her Integrative Medicine Health Coach training through Duke University, and her Life Coaching certification through the Life Purpose Institute.
